✅ Return Policy

  • You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

    • In the same condition that you received it

  • Certain items (e.g., undergarments, beauty products, perishable goods) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

💸 Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item).

  • Returns made without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
